The list of the organizations subordinated to the Agency of transport, according to appendix No. 3;

The list of joint-stock companies in which the block of shares of the state the Agency of transport, according to appendix No. 4 manages;

The list of the companies founded by the Agency of transport according to appendix No. 5.

2. Establish the extreme number of the Agency of transport in number of 37 units, with salary fund according to the current legislation.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 6.
