Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for calculation of coefficient of ratio of the average salary of the deputy manager and chief specialist and the average salary in general on the commercial organization of the state pattern of ownership or from ownership ratios of the state in its property.
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2005.
