Some questions of acquisition of the technical and other means of rehabilitation made in the conditions of serial production
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.11.2006 of N1652 "About Approval of the Procedure for Ensuring Separate Categories of the Population with Technical and Other Means of Rehabilitation and Forming of the Corresponding State Order, List of Such Means" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on commission of experts of Ministry of Labor on check of the companies - contractors of the state order of all patterns of ownership on delivery and maintenance of the technical and other means of rehabilitation made in the conditions of serial production to compliance to qualification requirements (the daleeekspertny commission) which is applied.
2. Approve Qualification requirements to predpriyatiyamispolnitel of the state order of all patterns of ownership on delivery and maintenance of the technical and other means of rehabilitation made in the conditions of serial production (daleepredpriyatiya-candidate) which are applied.
3. To Social Security Fund of disabled people based on the solution of Commission of experts to sign agreements with the candidate companies which meet qualification requirements.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
