1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on licensing of activities for distribution of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools;

Regulations on licensing of activities for maintenance of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools;

Regulations on licensing of provision of services in the field of enciphering of information;

Regulations on licensing of development, production of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools of information and telecommunication systems.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2002 of N691 "About Approval of Regulations on Licensing of the Separate Types of Activity Connected with the Cryptography (Cryptographic) Tools" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 39, the Art. 3792).
