General provisions
1. The disciplinary charter of officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Disciplinary charter) extends to officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (daleedolzhnostny persons) and determines content of office discipline in customs authorities, the rights and obligations of chiefs connected with its maintenance and also procedure for application of encouragement and authority punishments.
Provisions of Items 19-24, of part two of Item 28, of Items 29-42 of this Disciplinary charter on application of authority punishments extend to employees of the organizations subordinated to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus which gives the personal ranks.
