About measures for increase in level of social protection of separate categories of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in level of social protection and support of separate categories of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 19, of 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Establish since January 1, 2027:

1) the sizes of monthly social benefits and supplementary monthly social benefits according to appendix 1;

2) the minimum size of disability pension the serviceman from among soldiers and sailors of conscription service, stipulated in Item "in" article 23 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel", in the amount of 12300 som;

3) monthly compensation payments to pensions of participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP and other nuclear facilities civil or military, determined by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" and "About provision of pensions of the military personnel", in the amount of 1000 som;

4) allowances to pensions to mothers who are awarded the order "Mother heroine" or "Baatyr Énée" in the amount of 5000 som;

5) the sizes of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges to separate categories of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) since January 1, 2027 to increase the pension sizes due to increase in basic part of pension:

- to receivers of disability pension of the I group - to 9500 som;

- to receivers of disability pension of III group - to 5000 som;
