About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the cash plan of budgets of budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of process improvement of execution of the State Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic, forming of the urgent cash plan for effective use of the state money, according to Article 108 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the cash plan of budgets of budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the cash plan of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 2, 2017 No. 632;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the cash plan of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 2, 2017 No. 632" of December 17, 2020 No. 618;
3) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the cash plan of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 2, 2017 No. 632" of September 1, 2022 No. 478.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
