1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on assessment of applications for participation in purchase of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2604 "About assessment of applications for participation in purchase of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, modification of item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2021 No. 2369 and recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 3, Art. 577; 2024, No. 40, Art. 5975).

The subitem "b" of Item 31, the subitem "b" of Item 32 and the subitem "b" of Item 33 of the Regulations on assessment of applications for participation in purchase of goods, works, services for the ensuring the state and municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2604 "About assessment of applications for participation in purchase of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, modification of item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2021 No. 2369 and recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution), are applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs notices about which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or invitations to take part in which are sent after day of entry into force of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on assessment of applications for participation in purchase of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs

1. To state the subitem "b" of Item 31 in the following edition:

"b) for assessment of requests by the criterion provided by the subitem "g" of Item 3 this provision:

assessment indicator provided by the subitem "v" of Item 24 this provision is subject to obligatory application;

in addition to the indicator of assessment provided by the subitem "v" of Item 24 this provision application only of the indicator of assessment provided by the subitem "g" of Item 24 this provision is allowed;

in case of application of the indicator of assessment provided by the subitem "g" of Item 24 this provision, the size of the importance of the indicator of assessment provided by the subitem "v" of Item 24 this provision shall constitute at least 60 percent of the amount of sizes of the importance of all applied assessment indicators on the evaluation criterion provided by the subitem "g" of Item 3 this provision;".

2. To state the subitem "b" of Item 32 in the following edition:

"b) for assessment of requests by the criterion provided by the subitem "g" of Item 3 this provision:

assessment indicator provided by the subitem "v" of Item 24 this provision is subject to obligatory application;

in addition to the indicator of assessment provided by the subitem "v" of Item 24 this provision application only of the indicator of assessment provided by the subitem "g" of Item 24 this provision is allowed;
