On regulation of retail prices on fruit and vegetable products

Based on subitem 1.4 of Item 1 and part one of subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2025 "About procedure and delivery conditions of fruit and vegetable products from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 399

1. Establish:

marginal maximum retail prices for the interseasonal period of 2026/2027 * on the fruit and vegetable products sold by the subjects of trade performing the retail trade by means of the organization of retail chain stores which arrived under the delivery agreement of fruit and vegetable products from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs (further – the state order), according to appendix;

the limiting maximum trade allowance when forming retail prices on the fruit and vegetable products which arrived as accomplishment of the state order in the amount of 30 percent.

* The interseasonal period of 2026/2027 on fresh cucumbers (long, sredneplodny) is estimated from November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 inclusive, on fresh tomatoes (red, except vishnevidny and brushes of tomatoes) – from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 inclusive, on fresh potatoes food, carrots the dining room, beet table – from November 15, 2026 to May 31, 2027 inclusive, on fresh white cabbage, onion, apples – from November 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027 inclusive.

2. This resolution becomes effective after placement of information included in it on the National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus.
