According to Item of 1 part one of Article 7, Articles 29, 30 Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", article 145 of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets" and for the purpose of adaptation of the profile legislation of Ukraine to the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU), enhancement of legal regulation of activities of professional participants of the capital markets and the organized goods markets and counteraction to abuses in the capital markets the National commission on securities and the stock market
SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on objective submission of the investment recommendations or other information recommending or offering investment strategy which are applied.
2. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. To department of legal development after state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide publication of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
