rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2025 No. 1.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 – after official publication of this resolution also extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2026;
