1. Establish marginal maximum selling prices on fruit and vegetable products of harvest of 2026, for the interseasonal period 2026/2027 года*:
realized by producers to legal entities for the purpose of accomplishment of delivery agreements by them from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs (further – the state order) (without the expense accounting on storage), according to appendix 1;
delivered to suppliers as accomplishment of the state order (taking into account expenses on storage), according to appendix 2.

* The interseasonal period of 2026/2027 on fresh potatoes food, carrots the dining room, beet table is estimated from November 15, 2026 to May 31, 2027 inclusive, on fresh white cabbage, onion, apples – from November 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
2. This resolution becomes effective after placement on the National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus and extends the action to the relations which arose since September 1, 2026.
