Rules of forming and maintaining lists of the legal entities performing registration of domain names

1. These rules determine procedure for forming and maintaining lists of the legal entities performing registration of domain names (further - lists), including procedure for inclusion of the organizations in lists, and also procedure for modification of lists and exceptions of registrars of lists.

2. For the purposes of these rules the following concepts are used:

"domains of the top level" - the groups of the domain names having single unique symbolical value, determined by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications according to part 3 of article 14.2 of the Federal law "About Information, Information Technologies and on Information Security";
