About the Action plan of the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028 in 2027-2028

1. Approve the Action plan of the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028 in 2027-2028 it (is applied).
2. To provide to the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas implementation of this Plan and by results annually till February 1 to provide information in Committee of food security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To committee of food security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually till March 1 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the course of implementation of this Plan.
4. Item 32 of the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2024 No. 224 "About the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028" to state in the following edition:
"32. The program implementation consists of two stages:
- the first stage - 2024-2026;
- the second stage - 2027-2028.".
