About the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028
According to articles 4 and 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About strategic planning and the state forecasting" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028 and the Action plan of 2024-2026 of the Program of safety of food products of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028 (appendices 1 and 2).
2. To provide to the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas accomplishment of this Program and its Action plan and annually till February 1 about its results to provide information in Committee of food security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually till March 1 to provide to committee of food security information on accomplishment of this Program and its Action plan in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
