About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2023 No. 117 "About approval of Rules of provision of the housing help"

1. in the Rules of provision of the housing help approved by the specified order:

state Item 49 in the following edition:
"49. Payment of the housing help to uslugopoluchatel is performed by the service provider through the banks of the second level, the organizations having licenses of authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations on the corresponding types of banking activities, territorial subdivisions of Kazpochta joint-stock company according to the procedure, determined by local representative bodies.";
appendix 2 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
