1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2025 No. 748 "About approval of Rules of maintaining special customs statistics" the following changes:
in the Rules of maintaining special customs statistics approved by the specified order:
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Data sources for forming of special customs statistics are the data containing in digital systems of Committee and the reporting, provided by territorial authorities of state revenues based on the documents and data represented by persons according to the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
be reworded as follows appendix according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
