About approval of Changes in Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in drugstores
According to the paragraph the twenty seventh the subitem 12 of Item 4, Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90) and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of providing with the radio pharmaceutical medicines made in the conditions of drugstore and creation of conditions for uninterrupted providing healthcare institutions with such medicines
I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in the drugstores approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 812, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 02, 2012 at No. 1846/22158, which are applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Evgeny Gonchar.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
