"2) the naphtha, fuel oil and oven fuel (classified by code of 2710 CN FEA EEU) for their conversion outside customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union under customs procedure of outward processing based on permission of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and on condition of obligatory return import to the Kyrgyz Republic of products of conversion, except for the products of conversion specified in the export permit of raw materials for conversion, in accordance with the terms, established by technique of export of raw materials for conversion under customs procedure of outward processing with the subsequent return import of products of the conversion approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
