1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for forming of cost of works (services) in content of Ministries of Transport and Communications intelligent transportation system it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2017 No. 14 "About price regulation (rates) for the goods (the works, services) used (which are carried out, rendered) in case of construction, reconstruction, operation (content and running repair), capital repairs of highways public":
