Based on part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 433-Z:

1. Establish form of the certificate of calculations (debt) on payment for housing and communal services and payment for use of premises according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2026.
