About some questions of implementation of purchasing transactions and price interventions

1. Approve:

1) the enclosed Rules of implementation of purchasing transactions and price interventions;

2) the enclosed list of the specialized organizations for implementation of purchasing transactions and price interventions (the daleespetsializirovanny organizations);

3) the commission fee paid to the specialized organizations in the amount of 3 (three) percent from the cost of the purchased agricultural products for implementation of purchasing transactions and price interventions.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
