According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine of April 04, 1996 No. 123/96-BP "About medicines", parts one of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90), and for the purpose of strengthening by Public service of Ukraine on medicines and the control of drugs of control of storage of the drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and medicines made (made) of vegetable substance of cannabis, made in the conditions of drugstores, enhancement of the procedure of intra pharmaceutical control of ex-temporal medicines of vegetable substance of cannabis
I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in drugstores approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 812, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 02, 2012 at No. 1846/22158, which are applied.
2. Determine that in case of production in the conditions of drugstores of ex-temporal medicines from vegetable substance of cannabis without change of form of medicine (by packing) carrying out chemical control in drugstore is not obligatory within one year from the date of entry into force of this order (except for periodic control which is carried out at least once a quarter).
