1. Determine:
the list of customs warehouses on which alcoholic beverages are marked by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 1;
the list of the warehouses of temporary storage located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus which owners are persons responsible for content of departmental Item of the customs clearance placed in the territory of such warehouse of temporary storage on whom alcoholic beverages are marked by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus and also on which remarking of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 is made;
the list of customs warehouses on which marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus of the tobacco products imported by the state company "Belarustorg" to the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3 is performed.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4.
