About approval of Rules of selection, criteria of the investment projects financed by fund of infrastructure development
According to Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of selection, criteria of the investment projects financed by fund of infrastructure development.
2. To provide to development department of industries of economy and monitoring of investment projects of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
