About change of resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 211 and of November 28, 2012 No. 609
Based on the paragraph of the forty eighth of Article 26, of the paragraph of the seventh of Article 30 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 211 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes and coins of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus":
state the name in the following edition:
"About rules of determination of signs of solvency and replacement of banknotes and coins";
in preamble to replace the word of "fifth" with the word of "seventh";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about rules of determination of signs of solvency and replacement of banknotes and coins it (is applied).";
To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes and coins of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution it (is applied);
1.2. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2012 No. 609 "About requirements to reproduction of images of banknotes and coins of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus":
to exclude from the name of the word of "National Bank of the Republic of Belarus";
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of the forty eighth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Item 1:
