1. Approve the Instruction about rules of determination of signs of solvency and replacement of banknotes and coins it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2011.

1. This Instruction establishes rules of determination of signs of solvency and replacement of the banknotes released by National Bank and which are legal means of payment of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not determined, – banknotes), and the coins released by National Bank and which are legal means of payment of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not determined, – coins), and is obligatory to execution by National Bank, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, banks, their branches, the branches of foreign banks registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further – banks), structural divisions and (or) remote workplaces of banks (further – structural divisions of banks).
2. In case of determination of solvency of banknotes and coins the workers making transactions with cash (further – cash liquidity), are guided by the list of signs of solvency of banknotes and coins according to appendix 1.
