About determination of regulations and standard rates of expenses for 2027
Based on the paragraph of the eighth of part two and part five of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and application of planned estimated prices on housing and communal services approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 54, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine for 2027 for the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services, except for the organizations which are a part of the system Energy ministries:
1.1. overhead rates according to appendix;
1.2. standard rates:
losses of heat energy – no more 8,8 of percent;
losses of water in centralized systems of drinking water supply – no more than 12 percent.
2. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2026.
