About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2025 No. 94
Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 49 of the Regulations on procedure for the collection of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2013 No. 340, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2025 No. 94 "About use of paid highways" the following changes:
to exclude subitems 1.1-1.5 and 1.8 of Item 1;
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.2:
in the first offer of the word "public institution of Belavtostrad (further if other is not established, – GU "Belavtostrada")" shall be replaced with words "the republican unitary enterprise for content and development of means of technological communication Beldorsvyaz (further if other is not established, – RUP "Beldorsvyaz")";
in the second offer of the word "GU "Belavtostrada" shall be replaced with words "RUP "Beldorsvyaz";
in paragraphs one, the sixth and seventh part one of subitem 2.3 of the word "GU "Belavtostrada" shall be replaced with words "RUP "Beldorsvyaz";
to be reworded as follows appendix 6 to this resolution it (is applied);
in appendix 11 to this resolution of the word "To the head of public institution of Belavtostrad shall be replaced with words "To the head of the republican unitary enterprise for content and development of means of technological communication Beldorsvyaz.
2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs two and the eighth Item 1 – since September 1, 2026;
