1. Establish:

1.1. rates for calculation of the amount of fare of vehicles for settlement segment of paid highways of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;

1.2. rates of fare of vehicles for the period uses of paid highways of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2;

1.3. the amount of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus in the increased size according to appendix 3;

1.4. the amount of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus on arbitrary fare according to appendix 4;

1.5. the size of mortgage cost of the device of electronic payment for the vehicle with technically admissible lump of more 3,5 of ton – 50 euros;

1.6. the list of payment systems which bank payment cards are used for collection of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus in the increased size, fares of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus in the mode of advance payment and mortgage cost of the device of electronic payment, and also for payment of electronic vignette, according to appendix 5;

1.7. the list of fuel cards by means of which the fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus in the mode of payment after delivery, including fare on arbitrary fare, advance payments and the mortgage cost of the device of electronic payment, and also payment for electronic vignette, according to appendix 6 is levied;

1.8. the minimum size of advance payment and the maximum size of balance of advance payment operating for all agreements of use of paid highways of the Republic of Belarus in the advance payment mode according to appendix 7;

1.9. form of the act of violation of payment procedure for driving of vehicles through paid highways of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 8;

1.10. form of the act of detention of the vehicle according to appendix 9;
