Under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2005 "About the establishment of the list of food staples and foodstuff which are subject to control of availability of genetically modified constituting (components)" to state Item 26 of appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, Committee on standardization, metrology and certification to No. 12/26 in the following edition:
"26. Colza seeds (winter and summer), and also the products received on the basis of colza conversion.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
