Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2005 No. 434 "About some questions of informing consumers of food staples and foodstuff" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and Committee on standardization, metrology and certification under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus POSTANOVLYAYUT:

1. Approve the list of food staples and the foodstuff which are subject to control of availability of genetically modified constituting (components), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Soybeans.

3. Soy sprouts.

4. Concentrate of soy protein and its textured forms.

5. Isolate of soy protein.

6. Hydrolyzate of soy protein.

7. Soy flour and its textured forms.

8. Milk substitute (soy milk).

9. Substitute of powdered milk (powdered soy milk).

10. Tinned soy.

11. Boiled and fried soybeans.

12. Fried soy flour.

13. The products received from or with use of isolate of soy protein, concentrate of soy protein, hydrolyzate of soy protein, soy flour, powdered soy milk.

14. The fermented soy products.

15. Soy paste and products from it.

16. Soy sauce.

17. The products received from or with use of soy milk (tofu, skvashenny drinks, ice cream, mayonnaise, etc.).
