According to part four of Item 2 of Article 17-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is DECIDED:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization and monitoring of the state investment projects directed to settlement of systemically significant banks by share acquisition of systemically significant bank which is in the settlement mode or shares of stabilization bank to which assets and liabilities systemically of the significant bank which is in the settlement mode are transferred.
2. On regulation and development of the financial market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of methodology and prudential regulation of the financial organizations of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market state registration of this joint resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;
