1. Approve the enclosed Rules and the bases of obtaining by authorized body on financial monitoring from information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other agencies of information necessary for counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction.
2. In the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):
1) the direction of this joint order in the Kazakh and Russian languages on official publication in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form;
2) placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction of this joint order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting, and also to the territorial and equated to them bodies of Committee for execution.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising deputy attorneys general of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring.
