Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state legal statistics and special accounting

1. 2) enhancement and development of the state legal information statistical system.

2. The state legal statistics and special accounting are performed on the principles:

1) unities of management of the state legal information statistical system;

2) integrity, objectivity, sufficiency, stability and comparability of legal statistical information;

3) availability and openness of legal statistical information in the limits set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) strict observance of the rights and legitimate interests of man and citizen, legal entities and state.

Article 5. Forming of legal statistics

The procedure, criteria, parameters, amounts and terms of forming of legal statistics are established by authorized body.

Article 6. Competence of authorized body

For the purpose of realization of state policy in the field of forming of the state legal statistics and conducting special accounting authorized body:

1) creates the state legal statistics;

2) conducts special accounting, except for operational, departmental accounting and accounting of persons cooperating on confidential basis with the bodies performing operational search, counterintelligence activities;
