In recent years in our country system measures for further expansion of access for citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship to justice, strengthening of guarantees of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship are performed.
At the same time there is need of implementation in practice of the new legal institutions directed to creation of even more favorable conditions for citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship in case of the appeal to economic and administrative courts and also further increase in role of economic and administrative courts in protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship.
This Law in Criminal procedure, Economic procedural codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also "About courts" are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan the changes directed to simplification of managerial control system of economic courts and increase in efficiency of economic courts.
Also the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility is supplemented with the regulation providing procedure for hearing of cases about administrative offenses in the course of the dispute resolution by administrative court.
Besides, the changes and additions directed to implementation of exterritorial cognizance are made to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about administrative legal proceedings and to the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
