About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 57 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 70 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", article 113 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", Articles 10, 23 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for execution of judgments, decisions of other bodies and digitalization of separate stages of enforcement proceeding" of April 07, 2026 No. 4833-IX, for the purpose of enhancement and reduction of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with changes), the following changes:
