About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

1. Bring in decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

According to the procedure of making of customs transactions concerning the goods for private use moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, or the goods for private use which are temporarily imported on customs area of the Union, release of such goods and reflection of the fact of their recognition not being under customs control, No. 311 approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010:
