1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 7, 2024 No. 826 "About creation of the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 5 with subitems 15-1), 15-2) and 15-3) of the following content:
"15-1) approval of the strategy of development for the science city;
15-2) approval of the strategy of development for the scientific and technological park;
15-3) approval of the report on strategy implementation of development of the science city;";
to add the structure of the Highest scientific and technical commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution in the line, sequence number 15-1, of the following content:
"15-1. Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for paragraphs of the fifth, sixth and seventh Item 1 of this resolution which become effective since August 25, 2026.
