1. Approve the Procedure for activities of representatives of state bodies in free economic zones by the principle of "single window" it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of requirements of this Procedure.

1. The procedure for activities of representatives of state bodies in free economic zones by the principle of "single window" (further – this Procedure) establishes functioning of the portal of free economic zones (further – the Portal of free economic zones) within system of "single window", determines procedures and processes of provision of electronic services, the principles of interaction between participants (state bodies, legal entities and physical persons) and creates conditions for ensuring transparency, simplification and automation of business processes for subjects of free economic zones, and also for effective management and exchange of information.
