About the Procedure for monitoring and assessment of documents of strategic planning in the Republic of Tajikistan
According to article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About strategic planning and the state forecasting" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for monitoring and assessment of documents of strategic planning in the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).
2. Determine the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan authorized body by coordination of monitoring system and assessment of implementation of documents of strategic planning in the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas, local government bodies of settlements and dekhot to perform monitoring and assessment of documents of strategic planning based on requirements of this Procedure.
4. To the industry ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas, local government bodies of settlements and dekhot, annually till February 1 to submit in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade the report on program implementation of medium-term development of the Republic of Tajikistan, documents of strategic planning of industry and local levels for the corresponding years.
5. To the Ministry of economic development and trade as authorized body on strategic planning and the state forecasting to perform coordination of monitoring and assessment according to this Procedure and annually till March 1 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on results of implementation of documents of strategic planning in the country.
