Based on subitem 50.15 of Item 50 of the Charter of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320, and in pursuance of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way of financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 165-Z
1. Approve Recommendations about risk management, connected with legalization of income gained in the criminal way, (are applied) by financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 4, 2015.
