About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2023 No. 336

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2023 No. 336 the following changes:

The structure of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree to state 1) in edition according to appendix 1 to this Decree;

To bring 2) in the number of staff of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree, changes according to appendix 2 to this Decree.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to dig up the financial resources necessary for implementation of this Decree;

2) to take other measures following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
