PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective since July 1, 2026.

Changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 1992 No. 870 "About the military oath":

in Regulations on the procedure for adoption of the military oath approved by the above-named Decree:

"17. The chairman of Committee of homeland security is appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in the subitem 15) the word of "foreigners" shall be replaced with words "foreign citizens".

4. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 1996 No. 2923 "About procedure for the solution of the questions connected with writing of surnames and middle names of persons of the Kazakh nationality":
