1. In case of return to the Majilis of Parliament of the unsigned law for its repeated discussion and vote the Head of state expresses the disagreement with the law in general or its individual clauses (provisions). 9. In consideration of objections of the Head of state in Parliament the line item of the President of the Republic is represented by the manager of State and legal department of Presidential Administration, the head of Representation of the President in Parliament or other representatives to them officials.
