I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 17, 2024 No. 327 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Operating Authority on Collection (Procurement), Storage, Conversion and Realization by Legal Entities of Scrap and Waste of Non-ferrous and Ferrous Metals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 35078) the following changes:

2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
