Based on parts two, third, ninth and thirteenth article 39-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", parts two of Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", parts one of Item 30 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storages, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2016 No. 63, of part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2018 No. 345 "About registration of the prices of medicines" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
