For the purpose of optimization of procedures of provision in lease of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property according to paragraph one of part 3 of Article 10 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Technique of determination of the amount of the rent for use of the state parcels of land according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 13, 2026 No. 483
1. This Technique of determination of the amount of the rent for use of the state parcels of land (further - the Technique) is developed for the purpose of establishment of procedure of payments and limiting use of values of the rent for use of the state parcels of land.
2. The technique establishes procedure of payments of the amount of the rent for use of the state parcels of land.
3. Action of this Technique extends to the state parcels of land of all categories, except for lands of the state forest fund and pastures.
4. The rent calculated according to this Technique is established in one calendar year of use of the parcel of land.
