1) in Article 21:

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2027, except for the subitem "b" of Item 1 and Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. The subitem "b" of Item 1 and Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law become effective since September 1, 2026.
