About introduction of amendments to some orders

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Acting Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2022 No. 342 "About approval of Rules of rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28504) the following changes:

in Rules of rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and the services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market approved by the order of the Acting Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2022 No. 342:

1) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) digital system - the organizational arranged set of the digital technologies, service personnel and technical documentation realizing certain technological actions by means of information exchange and intended for the solution of specific functional objectives;";

16) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"16) marking - drawing conventional signs, letters, figures, graphical signs or texts on goods for the purpose of its further identification, specifying of its properties and characteristics with observance of the established requirements and authentic data about which (including data on the means of identification and (or) material carriers containing means of identification applied on them) contain in national component of digital system of marking of goods;";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. To the subject of industrial and innovative activities the proved and documentary confirmed costs in the amount of 50% of the amount shown to compensation, but no more are compensated:

1) 15 000 (fifteen thousand) monthly settlement indicators (further - MRP) on one subject of industrial and innovative activities for the costs incured according to the subitem 1) of Item 8 of these rules within the last 24 (twenty four) months before date of application;

At the same time, the compensation amount does not exceed 15 000 (fifteen thousand) MRP in tenge in calendar year on one subject of industrial and innovative activities";

2) 10 000 (ten thousand) MRP on one subject of industrial and innovative activities for the costs incured according to subitems 2) and 3) of Item 8 of these rules within the last 24 (twenty four) months before date of application.

At the same time, the compensation amount does not exceed 10 000 (ten thousand) MRP in tenge in calendar year on one subject of industrial and innovative activities".;

"26. The applicant assumes counter obligations on increase in amount of the income of the company at least in 2 (two) tenges from 1 (one) tenge invested by the state within Rules.";

state Items 31 and 32 in the following edition:

"31. The state service appears the service provider by means of the address of uslugopoluchatel through the web portal of "The digital government" www.egov.kz (further - the Portal) and object of informatization of the service provider the digital www.qazindustry.gov.kz system. (further - IS).

32. According to the subitem 11) of Item 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services" (further - the Law) service providers provide entering of data into digital monitoring system of rendering the state services on stage of rendering the state service according to the procedure, established by the Rules of entering of data into digital monitoring system of rendering the state services about stage of rendering the state service approved by the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2013 No. 452 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8555).";
